Job Background:
My client is a small friendly company who specialise within the drinks industry, who are actively looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator.

Job Duties:
Duties include:

Dealing with clients and supplier queries over the phone, so a professional telephone manner is a must.

Dealing with quotation, and processing orders upto 30 orders per day onto the system.

Allocation of stock onto the system

Downloading orders and preparing shipping labels

Overseeing picking and despatch by warehouse staff

Dealing with consumer delivery and order enquiries

Ensuring that the orders are processed on line.

Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will need to be welll organised and have first class oral and written skills, previous experience of Sage and e-commerce would be a bonus. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get more involved within a small business and to attend the Trade Exhibitions.
