My client is a specialist software company based in London who due to recent organic growth are actively looking for a PA/Office Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a strong office manager who can rise to challenges and is not afraid to take ownership of a role and make it their own.
You will be supporting two busy directors and a medium size team of office staff.
Answering & fielding telephone calls
Maintaining diaries
Arranging meetings & appointments
Taking messages
Typing up & analysing reports
Preparation of mail shots
Organising meetings; tying up minutes
Organising travel arrangements
Booking transport and accommodation
Managing databases
Responsible for all correspondence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Overseeing the office staff in the directors absence
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Preparation of letters, presentations and reports
Skills Required:

The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
Great planning skills
Accurate reporting skills
The essential skills needed for this role are strong office management including a good background within sales administration. You will need to be a confident user of Sage and good intermediate Excel a must.
