SKILLFRAME Executive has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated junior/trainee recruitment consultant to join our small dynamic team of recruitment specialists based in Hampton Court. Servicing the healthcare communications industry, you will work alongside a Senior Consultant to gain ‘real time’, hands-on experience of specialist recruitment practice. You must be: - • A motivated, disciplined, self-starter with a positive approach and can-do attitude
• A natural people’s person, highly influential with excellent relationship building skills
• An articulate and confident communicator with people at all levels
• Excellent, flexible team player
Job Duties:
You must have:- • Desire to be the best you can be
• Initiative
• Some relevant commercial experience i.e. account management, business development.
• Background in marketing/communications agency, or experience in/or servicing pharmaceutical sector would be bonus The role will involve:- • Day-to-day support to Senior Consultant
• Developing and cultivating relationships with candidates and clients
• Learning the recruitment process including taking briefs, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating terms and remuneration, writing and placement of job adverts, organising interviews etc….
• Market research and intelligence activities
• Database management
