Our client is part of the an International group of companies.

Major business wins and continued expansion means they are looking for a UK Account Manager to join its Client Services team.

As a UK Account Manager you will be responsible for programme and project management and contributing to medical communications planning and business development, and will have to have a proven track record of succeeding in the fast moving UK Medical Communications industry to be considered eligible.

Job Duties:
Primary Duties will include:
•        Day to day management of UK-focused Medical Education/professional relations programmes
•        Input into programme creation and proposal writing
•        Account management
•        Input into communications planning
•        Input into business development
•        Internal team communications
•        Client liaison
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications experience
•        Life Science Degree or equivalent
•        UK Healthcare Med Ed / PR experience is a must
•        Proven track record of success in UK account management
•        Good knowledge of the NHS and the issues affecting it
•        Good knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical industry and the ABPI Code of Practice
•        An interest in innovative communications techniques
•        Track record of working with patient groups and KOLs
•        Research and planning skills
•        Briefing skills
•        Scheduling the writing editing element of projects
•        Quality control detail accuracy
•        Writing editing proof-reading skills
•        Team working
•        
You will be keen to take responsibility for key accounts and develop solid relationships with your clients and opinion leaders. This position will attract a driven individual who seeks to develop their career within a small and successful medical communications agency.
