Job Duties:
•Ensure the Director of Market Access is kept abreast of relevant developments and Client feedback on projects. •Proactively work across the Company functions to support and / or identify opportunities for the client. •Develop projects that are in line with project strategy and added value thinking. •Establish a position as a key contact with the Client in terms of development and implementation on specific projects, as appropriate. •Conduct appropriate Client meetings, which may be in the absence of the Director of Market Access. •Liaise with the Director of Market Access to manage Clients’ expectations so that unreasonable demands are not agreed to and that any additional work that has not been accounted for within the fee is estimated and billed, as advised. •Manage project implementation as appropriate to ensure timelines and quality standards are adhered to and alert the Director of Market Access to potential issues at the earliest opportunity. •Maintain overview and momentum of projects. •Be vigilant in detecting any potential project issues, advising the Director of Market Access at the earliest opportunity. •Own the financial management of projects. •Demonstrate an understanding of the decision making process and an ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of outputs. •Demonstrate maturity and judgement to be able to recognise when there is a problem or error and to handle it openly and effectively.
