Job Background:
Our client brings a unique perspective to clinical trial recruitment and retention. Due to successful business wins, they are currently looking for an experienced Account Director to develop client relationships, programme direction and delivery.
Job Duties:
You will be responsible for developing strategic programmes and finalising programme activity within budget of the client. Instigate brainstorms to develop the strategic, creative direction of accounts and new business. Organise client appraisals and support work to implement the outcome, create and develop opportunities for growing existing business within the confines of the programme and help to develop and present new business pitches. You will build and maintain key relationships with third party opinion leaders and demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the full range of medical communications outputs and will be able to demonstrate experience of best practice financial management and effective project management. You will be educated to degree level with previous experience gained within a medical communications agency.
