Job Background:
Our client is a boutique, independent sales and marketing consultancy established at the end of 2006. Services include: Strategic communication planning, Publication planning, KOL engagement and advocacy development, Meetings management, and eCommunications. Clients vary from top 20 big pharma to smaller biotechnology and device companies.
Job Duties:
The team have over 20 years of delivering successful communication strategies for major brands in most major therapeutic categories: oncology, central nervous system, endocrinology and cardiovascular medicine. Senior Medical Writers are involved in the full project lifecycle.
This includes client liaison, working with opinion leaders and origination of material.
Flexible approach with well developed interpersonal skills.
Range of writing across publication planning, abstract books, multimedia and internal comms.
Clinically aware yet understanding the needs of the client are key to this position.
Job Qualifications:
Life science degree or equivalent. Previous medical writing / editing experience gained within a medical communications agency. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
