Job Duties:
Our client has a significant programme of global and local activities in the rheumatology/immunology area and wishes to recruit a medical director to take overall responsibility for these programmes. You will provide expert scientific and medical leadership to a dedicated communications team according to client needs and project objectives and be responsible for critiquing the scientific and medical content of key communications to physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will interact with outside scientists and clinical thought leaders on critical therapeutic and scientific issues and attend conferences and other scientific meetings to provide strategic advice according to the needs of the client. You will also advise our Group’s clients on innovative medical strategies and tactics.
Job Qualifications:
To be successful you will need a medical degree or equivalent
Relevant experience of working in a rheumatology unit or hospital/private practice. You will also be a first-/second-year Rheumatology registrar.
