Job Duties:
You will provide the strategic business lead on an International consumer health PR programme for a blockbusting brand. You will be responsible for overall performance of accounts and directing account team activity, negotiating and establishing financial arrangements and monitoring financial performance. You will direct the strategic development of programme and individual accounts across key European markets, and feed into UK team (so must have European and UK expertise). You will provide consultation to senior clients contributing to their marketing strategy and thinking and challenging convention to produce innovative PR programmes. You must have the ability to inspire and motivate team members and a desire to see others develop and excel, displaying leadership qualities, flexibility and willingness to challenge others and be challenged. Longer-term Vision:

Job Qualifications:
Must haves:- Strong client management & development skills
Proven track record in running large UK and global PR programmes
Team leadership experience
Experience of consumer healthcare, and knowledge/previous exposure to the cosmetic treatments/surgery market would be brilliant.
