Opportunity for a project manager/production editor to deliver quality product and experienced in writing and editing for online formats.

To deliver, on time and on budget, e-Detailing, e-Market Research and other e-Communications campaigns contracted to the client by its customers.

•        Receiving, challenging, clarifying and understanding customer project requirements either directly from customers or from the clients Business Development Managers.
•        Convert customer requirements into a project brief (with associated timeline and budget) to meet the customer objectives.
•        Provide accurate cost estimates in order to ensure that quotations delivered to customers meet the clients revenue and profit objectives.
•        Liaise with Head of Project Management to identify internal and external resources necessary to complete each project.
•        Convert customer project briefs into internal project briefs for use by any employees and external suppliers and obtain their approval by Head of Project Management and the Business Development Manager.
•        Liaise with and maintain excellent communication with the project team to ensure delivery of the project to meet the customer objectives.
•        Liaise with the customer on the delivery of the project, managing it from concept through the approval process to delivery.
•        Provide regular progress reports to the customer, throughout production and delivery.
•        Ensure the quality of the end products meet the customer expectations and the client’s obligations.
•        Mentoring of Assistant Project Managers

•        Communication & organisations skills.
•        Experience of working with writers and creative’s.
•        Preferable life sciences degree or equivalent
•        Experience of managing projects in a pharmaceutical company or pharmaceutical communications, PR or advertising agency.
•        Using Microsoft Project
