Are you a highly influential, charismatic leader ready to take over the helm of one of the most successful healthcare PR teams in the UK? A Board level position, reporting directly to the MD, your biggest challenge will be to continue the phenomenal success and award winning track record whilst assisting with the future growth of the agency. This is an exciting time to join this thriving agency who are developing new complimentary service offerings and taking the agency to the next level. Your remit will be to take ownership of their flagship UK domestic PR and medical education unit/team.
Job Duties:
You will be responsible for all aspects of winning and retaining UK PR and medical education business, and provide exceptional leadership to a young and talented team. Activities will include:
Ownership & accountability of UK Business Practice including development & implementation of business plan
Strategic level input to client programmes and overall running of the agency
Client and new business development
Team leadership, development, talent management and recruitment
Job Qualifications:
You will be a seasoned healthcare communications professional with proven reputation in ethical market Broad PR experience BUT you do not need to be a media guru UK domestic experience and network of contacts Driven and ambitious with entrepreneurial spirit and gravitas Exceptional leadership qualities Proven new business track record
